Return Policy
In order to return an item:
- Returned items must arrive in the same shape as you received it. If your piece arrives to us broken although it arrived to you in good condition, we will charge a repair fee before restocking it.
- It is the customer's responsibility to pay shipping costs for returns AND to package the item securely enough that it returns with NO damage. If damage occurs (in transit), a repair fee will be subtracted from your refund.
- Items damaged in transit will need to be mailed back to us at the customer's cost. Once we receive tracking information, we will mail you a new item.
- Item must be in the mail to be returned within 7 days of receiving it.
- Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of the item arriving back to me.
- Custom orders are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
